A few pictures of your locations (these should be representative of the true look of the location The square footage Date Built Whether or not on site power is available Whether on site parking is available or not

Can large vehicles (box trucks, etc.) access the site Day/Times Available Any Noise Hazards(Uncontrollable sounds such as near train tracks, Next to a school, etc.) Anyspecial information you would like communicated to a filmmaker about your property.
